Pittsburgh Metal Airplane Co
Metalair Corporation
USA
Pittsburgh Metal Airplane Co was formed in 1929 to take over the San Francisco-based Thaden Metal Aircraft Company, which had built the Thaden T-4 four-seat all-metal monoplane, powered by a Wright Whirlwind engine.
The company name changed in 1931 to the Metalair Corporation when it became a Division of the General Aviation Corporation.
