The Deekay Aircraft Corp. Ltd. was formed in 1937 to build aircraft using a new type of wing constrution developed by S.C. Hart-Still. Built the side-by-side two-seat Knight, designed by S. C. Hart-Still at Broxbourne in 1937. One completed; scrapped during war.
