Established at Malton, Ontario, in 1948 to build four-seat cabin monoplane designed by Captain S. R. Found. FBA-1A prototype first flown 13 July 1949. Developed version designated FBA-2A flown August 11,1960, and FBA-2C five-seater on 9 May 1962. Six-seat Model 100 Centennial, with 290 hp Lycoming engine flown April 7,1967 and superseded earlier models.
