American General Aircraft Corp

Bought rights to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation's light aircraft (AA-1, AA-5 and GA-7 Cougar) 1989, with agreement in 1991 for GA-7 Cougar license manufacture by Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing Association in Georgia. No Cougar production was undertaken. A few AA-5s were built.
