Antonov An-140

The An-140 (first flown September 1997) short-haul regional airliner was planed to supersede the An-24.
An agreement for licence production by Iranian Aviation called ‘Iran-140’ was signed in 1993. The first aircraft, supplied as a kit, flew on 7 February 2001.
